Frank Comer is a registered, licensed Professional Engineer in the states of Kansas and Missouri. Frank holds a Bachelor of Science degree from UMKC in Civil Engineering and has held several certifications with organizations such as SEI- Structural Engineering Institute, ASCE- American Society of Engineers, ICBO-International Conference of Building Officials, and KCICC- Kansas City International Code Council. His primary area of forensic engineering experience has been Forensic Investigations, Repair Mitigation Design, & Material Defect Inspection and Evaluation in relation to small to mid-sized businesses. Frank specializes in cases involving structural damage with moisture intrusion, drainage investigations and structural defects.
